Robert joined EvansMartin in 2006 after 18 years as a partner with a mid-market Toronto
accounting firm and its merged successor.

Robert graduated from Ryerson University and obtained his CA designation in 1979. Robert practices in the audit and assurance areas and has expertise in a broad variety of industries including retail, distribution and steel service centres. Robert has also developed an expertise in environmental auditing, having assisted the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources in developing and performing Independent Forest Audits to ensure the compliance by forestry companies with government regulation, industry best practices and forest sustainability. In addition to his experience in public practice, Robert also served as vice-president of finance, of a 300 store, publicly-traded, retail chain.

Robert has always believed strongly in giving back to his community. Robert is a board
member and vice-chairman of the Ontario Easter Seals Society, an organization devoted to
assisting children with physical disabilities. Robert is also past chairman of Reena, an
organization which provides support and services, including housing, to developmentally
handicapped adults. Robert has also been a board member and executive committee member of his synagogue.

Although a life-long, high handicapper, when not working Robert enjoys playing golf and
is an avid fisherman.
